Located in the lower village of Dunmore East, the Spinnaker Bar & Restaurant is romantically reminiscent of former times, with old stone walls, wooden and flagstone floors, stained glass and a hint of the monastic origin in some of the woodwork and furnishings. Old style mirrors and artifacts are theme-consciously displaced. In winter the crackling log fire would warm the cockles of even the hardest heart!

Singles adventure events bringing like-minded singles together face to face in a relaxed, fun, and friendly environment. Coming to dunmore soon!
1. Heat the butter in a pot and add carrots & onions.
2. When the butter is completely melted, mix in the flour with a wooden spoon, cook out flour for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Add wine & cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Whisk in milk and cream then place lid on saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes the base thickens.
5. Add stock cube and some dried dill.
6. Add fish and cook for 6-8 minutes until fish is cooked.

45g of butter
45g of white flour
400ml of milk
50ml white wine
75g of diced carrots
75g of diced onion
300ml of cream
1 stock cube
550g of mixed fish
1 teaspoon of dried dill

Christmas Party there was a blast, but a great venue all year round for personal and corporate outings.
